At Trit House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture or decor isn't quite right for your space, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in all original Trit House packaging.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will help coordinate a pickup via our specialized furniture couriers or provide instructions for smaller decor drop-offs.
Quality Inspection
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange, minus any applicable shipping fees.
